• We accept bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (Bangladesh-wide).
• We may cancel/refuse any order at our discretion.

• All prices are in BDT.
• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

• We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary by location and courier conditions.
• Any applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout.

• Returns accepted for defective/damaged items within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• প্রয়োজনে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল/প্রত্যাখ্যানের অধিকার আমাদের আছে।

• সব মূল্য BDT-এ প্রদর্শিত।
• মূল্য/অফার পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি।
• লোকেশন ও কুরিয়ার পরিস্থিতির ভিত্তিতে সময় পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
• প্রযোজ্য শিপিং ফি চেকআউটে দেখানো হবে।

• ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ডিফেক্টিভ পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ হতে হবে।
• বিস্তারিত জানুন: রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি।

• লগইন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
• আপনার একাউন্টে যেকোনো কার্যক্রমের দায়ভার আপনার।
