Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Bangladesh only.

• Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Timing may vary due to location, weather, or courier workload.
• Orders confirmed after the daily cut-off may be processed the next business day.

• Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM (business days) are processed the same day.
• Orders after 5:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Any applicable shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional free-shipping (if any) will be clearly indicated.

COD is available in most serviceable areas in Bangladesh. If COD is unavailable for a specific address, we’ll inform you and suggest an alternative payment option.

• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with an active phone number.
• If you need to change your address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may delay delivery by 1 business day.

• The courier will attempt delivery and may call the provided number.
• If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us and considered cancelled. Re-shipping can be arranged upon request.

Upon receiving your parcel, please check the outer package. If there is visible damage, you may refuse delivery and inform us immediately so we can assist.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.

আমরা বর্তমানে শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দেই।

• অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
• লোকেশন/আবহাওয়া/কুরিয়ার ব্যস্ততার কারণে সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
• দৈনিক কাট-অফের পর অর্ডার করলে পরের কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস হতে পারে।

• বিকেল ৫:০০টার আগে (কর্মদিবস) কনফার্ম হওয়া অর্ডার একই দিনে প্রসেস করা হয়।
• বিকেল ৫:০০টার পর, সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি বা সরকারি ছুটির দিনে করা অর্ডার পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস হয়।

যে কোনো প্রযোজ্য শিপিং চার্জ চেকআউটে প্রদর্শিত হবে। ফ্রি শিপিং অফার (থাকলে) স্পষ্টভাবে দেখানো হবে।

বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ সার্ভিসেবল এলাকায় COD পাওয়া যায়। নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় COD না থাকলে আমরা জানিয়ে বিকল্প পেমেন্ট সাজেস্ট করবো।

• সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক ঠিকানা ও সক্রিয় মোবাইল নম্বর দিন।
• অর্ডারের পর ঠিকানা বদলাতে চাইলে দ্রুত জানান; এতে ডেলিভারি ১ কর্মদিবস দেরি হতে পারে।

• কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবে এবং দেওয়া নম্বরে কল করতে পারে।
• একাধিক চেষ্টার পরও ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার রিটার্ন হয়ে বাতিল হতে পারে; চাইলে পুনরায় শিপমেন্ট করা যাবে।

পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় বাহ্যিক প্যাকেজিং দেখে নিন। দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতি থাকলে ডেলিভারি না নিয়ে সাথে সাথে আমাদের জানান—আমরা সহায়তা করবো।

আপনার পার্সেল দেরি হলে বা হারিয়ে গেলে অর্ডার নম্বরসহ যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা কুরিয়ারের সাথে সমন্বয় করে আপডেট দেবো।

ডিফেক্টিভ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা বিজ্ঞাপন অনুযায়ী নয় — এমন পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন (৭ দিনের মধ্যে, অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ)।
