Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for: damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as advertised items.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt/proof of purchase.
• Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
• After inspection, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

We accept returns for items that are damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as advertised. Please start your request within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and all tags/contents. Include your receipt/proof of purchase.

1. Contact us (Call, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Support Ticket).
2. Send the item to our store/courier address with packaging intact. Google Maps.
3. We inspect the returned item and notify you.
4. Once approved, we process your refund in 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item, usually within 3–5 working days.

The customer is responsible for return courier/shipping charges.

• ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য—পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা বিজ্ঞাপন অনুযায়ী নয় হলে।
• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ থাকতে হবে এবং রসিদ/ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ দিতে হবে।
• রিটার্ন কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
• পণ্য যাচাই শেষে ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা বিজ্ঞাপন অনুযায়ী নয়—এমন পণ্যের রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য। অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন আবেদন করুন।

পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং ও সব কনটেন্টসহ ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। রসিদ/ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ সংযুক্ত করুন।

1. যোগাযোগ করুন (কল, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, মেসেঞ্জার বা সাপোর্ট টিকিট)।
2. পণ্য পাঠান আমাদের স্টোর/কুরিয়ারে, প্যাকেজিং ঠিক রেখে। গুগল ম্যাপস।
3. আমরা পণ্যটি যাচাই করি ও আপনাকে অবহিত করি।
4. অনুমোদিত হলে ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

রিটার্ন প্রাপ্তি ও যাচাই শেষ হলে সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয়।

গ্রাহক রিটার্ন কুরিয়ার/শিপিং খরচ বহন করবেন।
