7-Day Return Policy

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The item is incomplete or not as advertised.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• You must send the item to our physical address either via courier or walk-in visit.
• Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days via your original payment method.

ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমরা রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি শুধুমাত্র নিচের ক্ষেত্রে:

• পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পৌঁছেছে।
• আপনি একটি ভুল পণ্য পেয়েছেন।
• পণ্যটি অসম্পূর্ণ বা বিজ্ঞাপন অনুযায়ী নয়।

রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

• পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ থাকতে হবে।
• একটি বৈধ রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে।

• আপনাকে পণ্যটি আমাদের ফিজিক্যাল ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ার বা সরাসরি উপস্থিতির মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে।
• রিটার্ন কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

রিফান্ড

আমরা রিটার্নকৃত পণ্যটি পাওয়ার ও পরিদর্শনের পর আপনাকে জানাব। যদি রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হয়, তাহলে ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।
